Terms of Service

Somnifa (the "Service") is a future idea marketplace platform provided by the Somnifa Operations Team (the "Company"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all users of the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

• Account registration is required to use this Service.
• Keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
• Transferring, lending, or sharing accounts is prohibited.
• Manage your password securely and do not disclose it to third parties.
• Users under 13 years of age may not use this Service.

Copyright in content posted by users — including ideas, images, and text (collectively "Posted Content") — belongs to the original poster.

By posting, you grant the Company a free, non-exclusive license (including the right to reproduce, display, distribute, and modify) to use your Posted Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Users bear full responsibility for their Posted Content. Please note the following:

• Uploading product photos, brand logos, illustrations, or other copyrighted works created by third parties without the rights holder's permission is prohibited.
• While idea concepts themselves are not protected by copyright, disclosing others' trade secrets or unpublished technical information without authorization is prohibited.
• If a dispute arises with a third party as a result of your Posted Content, you are responsible for resolving it at your own expense, and the Company bears no liability.

The following content and actions are strictly prohibited.

• Sexual content or obscene material
• Violent or graphic content
• Defamation, harassment, or discriminatory expression toward other users
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, patent, etc.)
• Spreading false, exaggerated, or misleading information
• Spam, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized commercial advertising
• Unauthorized collection, disclosure, or leaking of personal information
• Posting content harmful to minors
• Actions that violate laws or public morals
• Actions that interfere with the Company's operations

Violations may result in post removal, account suspension, or legal action.

Company's Intellectual Property

The copyright in the Service's logos, designs, software, and text belongs to the Company. Users may not reproduce, repurpose, or modify these without the Company's written consent. Users' Posted Content belongs to the original poster as described in the previous section.

Platform Liability

The Company is not obligated to review user-posted content in advance. In accordance with applicable law, the Company is not liable for rights infringements in Posted Content where it had no means of knowing about the infringement. Upon receiving a valid infringement report, the Company will investigate and respond promptly.

How to Report Infringement

If you believe content on our Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please report it using one of the following methods:

• Use the "Report" feature on the relevant post page
• Or email hello@somnifa.app with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Report"

Please include: ① information identifying you as the rights holder, ② a description of the right being infringed, and ③ the URL of the infringing content. Upon reviewing your report, the Company will take appropriate action, including removal or hiding of the content where warranted.

The Company may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users due to service quality improvements or business reasons. For significant changes or discontinuation, we will endeavor to notify users through in-service announcements or emails to registered addresses within a reasonable scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, or consequential damages) arising from use of the Service.

The Company makes no warranties regarding the feasibility, commercial viability, or accuracy of posted ideas. Disputes between users shall be resolved between the parties involved, without Company involvement.

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced via in-service notices. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For disputes relating to the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
